Return & Refund Policy
Please read the information below before requesting a return, refund, cancellation, or exchange.

- Refunds processed within 5 days after inspection

Return Process
If you have changed your mind and would like to return your item, please first email us at Info@TheiMarkofaFreeMind.co.uk.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all tags still attached. After receiving our confirmation, please pack the items in their original packaging.
You must send the items using a suitable shipping company that provides tracking. You are responsible for the items until they reach our warehouse, and you must cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds
When we receive the return package, we will inspect it. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 days using the original payment method.
Cancellations
If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible after placing the order.
If the order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges. If you need to exchange your order, please email us at Info@TheiMarkofaFreeMind.co.uk and we will help you with the procedure.
Defective or Incorrect Products
We apologise if your product was damaged during shipping or if you received the wrong item.
If this happens, please take photos of the problem and contact us as soon as possible. We will work to resolve the issue for you.
